What We Offer Medical, Dental and Vision 401k Plan Life Insurance PTO Growth opportunities Employee discounts Family owned and operated for over 80 years Excellent working environment with established Core Values Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assisting customers in finding the appropriate parts for their vehicle and recommending related parts to properly repair the problem Working with retail and wholesale customers Working with technicians, ordering parts for repairs and upgrades to consumer vehicles Maintain customer goodwill by greeting and acknowledge all customers he/she comes in contact with Managing open invoices and ensuring payments are processed for orders filled Assist in keeping parts department clean and orderly Provide service technicians with parts as required Assist with Parts Manager in merchandising displays Maintain the retail sale floor and displays to meet or exceed the dealerships standards and today's customer satisfaction Follow the prescribed cash, credit, and check processing procedures of the dealership when working the parts counter Process cores, warranties, and new return merchandise as required at a point of sale Performs other tasks as required by Parts Manager Work Experience Requirements: Previous parts counter experience is preferred. Ability to speak effectively one-on-one Ability to effectively listen and interpret customer needs Basic computer skills Good organizational skills Hours: 40 hours per week; M-F with one day off during the week, and Saturday 8-5. *Must pass drug test, criminal background and motor vehicle records checks.
