Bilingual Intern
We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Bilingual Intern to support our team on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and contributing to a positive office environment. You'll step in to assist when our receptionist is unavailable and help with a variety of administrative and marketing-related projects. If you're someone who takes initiative, communicates well, and enjoys a mix of tasks throughout the day, we'd love to connect with you. Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and assist customers Greet and support customers in a friendly, professional manner Provide front desk coverage when the receptionist is out Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports and organizing documents Support marketing efforts, including assembling mailers and other outreach materials Help with general office projects and day-to-day team support Qualifications: Bilingual in Spanish and English (required) Strong communication and customer service skills Organized and detail-oriented Reliable and able to work independently Comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks Compensation & Schedule: $15/hour Part-time, up to 20 hours per week Flexible scheduling options available My team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
