What You'll Do:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their goals and challenges. Serve as the voice of the client within the organization, relaying feedback and insights to services development Own the
Customer Ladder
- move clients from users to champions to referrers. Lead strategic
Quarterly Business Reviews
(QBRs) with impact-driven insights. Identify
white space
opportunities and recommend service expansions. Launch and manage our
"Gold Partner"
client tier model. Train and empower clients to become
active referrers. What Success Looks Like:
increase in multi-service adoption. reduction in time-to-upgrade. client referrals Requirements
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in related field 3-5 years in client success, account strategy, or growth roles Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Ability to uncover opportunities and lead high-impact client conversations Experience with referral programs or partner enablement is a plus Why Join Us?
