The ideal candidate will be able to build strong relationships with research site staff, understand how sites operate from both a clinical and operational perspective, and translate client feedback into meaningful product insight. This role sits at the intersection of client success, clinical research operations, and software improvement.
We are looking for someone who understands the clinical trial landscape and can also navigate technology confidently. This may include experience using CTMS or other site-facing clinical software, an understanding of how software systems function, and enough technical fluency to communicate effectively with product and development teams.Key Responsibilities
Lead research site onboarding and guide clients through successful implementation of internal software. Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned client sites, building trust and maintaining strong ongoing communication. Train site staff on system usage, workflows, and best practices to support adoption and long-term success. Monitor client experience, identify challenges, and proactively help resolve workflow or usability issues. Gather, organize, and communicate feedback from clients to the internal product and development teams. Act as an advocate for research site needs by helping shape product enhancements and workflow improvements. Translate site operations, pain points, and clinical workflow requirements into practical software recommendations. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to improve onboarding, support, product development, and client retention. Stay informed on research site operations, clinical trial processes, and industry tools relevant to client needs. Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred in a relevant field such as nursing, life sciences, healthcare administration, clinical research, or a related discipline. Equivalent professional experience in clinical research, tech, or healthcare operations will also be considered. Experience:
Experience working in the clinical trial industry, preferably in a research site environment. Relevant backgrounds may include:
Clinical Research Coordinator Research Nurse Principal Investigator Clinical trial operations or site management professional Client-facing or implementation roles at CTMS or other clinical trial software companies
Experience using CTMS platforms or related clinical research software is strongly preferred. Familiarity with research site workflows, study operations, patient visits, source documentation, and sponsor/site coordination is highly valued. Experience at companies such as RealTime, CRIO, or similar clinical trial technology organizations is a plus. Technical Skills:
Strong working knowledge of CTMS platforms or similar clinical trial software. Comfort learning, demonstrating, and troubleshooting software systems. Ability to understand how software tools support operational workflows at research sites. Technical fluency that may come from coding experience, systems experience, software implementation work, or deep familiarity with how software products function. Ability to communicate clearly with both non-technical site users and internal technical teams. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to connect user feedback to practical product improvements.
Ideally seeking candidates within the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area, but open to considering remote candidates. This role will require an occasional onsite presence and travel.
