This is not a warehouse or forklift position. This is skilled, hands-on production work where attention to detail, craftsmanship, and problem-solving matter every day. this is a great fit. What Makes This Role Different You'll be working with: Large-format printers CNC cutting equipment (Colex) Laminators and finishing tools Every job is a little different
and the quality of your work is visible to our customers every day. What You'll Do Operate large-format printers, laminators, and CNC equipment Prepare materials (cutting, cleaning, laminating, painting) Weed and apply vinyl graphics with precision Trim, mount, and finish final products Follow and verify work orders for accuracy Help maintain an organized, efficient production area What We're Looking For You'll do well here if you: Take pride in doing things right the first time Notice small details others miss Like staying busy and working with your hands Are dependable and follow through Bring a positive, team-first attitude Preferred Experience: 12 years in sign production, printing, or similar hands-on work Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift 50+ lbs Comfortable using tools and production equipment This Role Is NOT a Fit If You: Prefer repetitive, low-detail work Dislike fast-paced environments Need constant supervision or direction What We Offer $20$28/hour, depending on experience and qualifications Performance bonuses Paid vacation & holidays Health insurance 401(k) with company match Ongoing training and growth opportunities Growth Opportunities This role can grow into: Lead Production Installation Project coordination About Us We are a locally owned and operated FASTSIGNS center, and our leadership team is hands-on and invested in your success.
