Job Summary: This is a Registration and Account Specialist - Revenue Specialist I position in the General Tax Administration Program, Account Management Process, Records Management Unit. The incumbent communicates with taxpayers, processes business tax applications, updates and maintains taxpayer business accounts with the Department, and provides quality customer service. The incumbent also processes registration documents, address changes, and Power of Attorney forms. Minimum Requirements: Secretarial or clerical experience. Customer service experience. Substitutions: College education from an accredited institution can substitute for each of the required experience. Salary: The hiring salary for this position generally will not exceed $3,330.00 monthly/$39,960.00 annually.
