Business Center Representative
As a Business Center Representative, you'll provide superior customer service and perform accurate, efficient tasks related to Business Center services. Key responsibilities include customer service, cash handling, and compliance with H-E-B security and confidentiality guidelines. You will conduct transactions on the H-E-B POS System, handle large sums of cash, and process returns in compliance with policies and procedures. The role requires strong communication and customer service skills, PC skills including Outlook and Intranet navigation, and the ability to remain composed in stressful situations. A high school diploma or GED and completion of Alcohol Seller's Training and Money Service Business training are required. Work in a fast-paced, demanding environment that requires detailed, precision work. You will constantly stand, reach at waist, grasp, and occasionally walk, reach overhead, reach at shoulders, reach at knees, reach at floor, bend, stoop, squat, crouch, kneel, climb stairs, pivot, twist, push/pull with arms, pinch, and perform fine motor movements. You may also be exposed to loud noises and must demonstrate the ability to lift up to 42 lbs, and manage in excess of 50 lbs.
