Business Central Functional Consultant - $120k (base) - Charlotte/Remote

We're seeking a Business Central Consultant to lead implementations, design solutions, and work directly with clients across diverse industries. You'll collaborate with a fun, supportive team while expanding your expertise through real project ownership, mentorship opportunities, and ongoing professional development.
What You'll Do:
* Lead endtoend Business Central implementations-from design through golive * Analyze business processes and translate them into functional requirements * Configure, customize, and support BC solutions * Train users and deliver highquality documentation * Collaborate with developers, PMs, and fellow consultants * Stay current with Microsoft updates and best practices
What You Bring:
* 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central * Background with migrating legacy ERPs into BC cloud environments * Strong understanding of Financials, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Warehousing * Experience with MRP or Advanced Warehousing (Eship, EDI, etc.) rollouts is a major plus * Knowledge of reporting tools, such as Power BI, preferred * Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
