IT & Cybersecurity Specialist (Hybrid)

Job Description
• Provide IT support for client systems including hardware, software, and networks
• Monitor and respond to cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and system alerts
• Assist in managing network infrastructure, firewalls, and endpoint protection
• Support cloud-based systems and security protocols
• Deliver technical support and troubleshooting for external clients (customer-facing role)
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal management regarding issues, updates, and solutions
• Assist with system audits, IT health checks, and security assessments
• Document all technical processes, incidents, and resolutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualifications (Preferred) • Certifications such as: • CompTIA A+ • CompTIA Network+ • CompTIA Security+ • Experience working in a managed service provider (MSP) or client-facing IT environment • Exposure to cloud platforms, monitoring tools, or cybersecurity frameworks
Work Environment • Hybrid schedule (in-office and remote flexibility) • Core hours: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM • External-facing role requiring professional communication with clients • Opportunity to work with a growing company supporting multiple businesses across industries
