Customer Experience Role

In this role you will be a key piece in the experience of our clients. Many times you will be the first point of contact, so your energy, positive attitude and commitment to service will make the difference. Your mission will be to ensure that each interaction is clear, agile and professional, strengthening trust and loyalty towards Premier. Main Responsibilities

Attend and manage interactions with internal and external clients, providing a cordial, professional and customer-focused experience. Guide the client about processes, products and services with clarity and precision. Channel and follow up on special queries or situations until they are adequately handled. Manage multiple cases simultaneously, establishing priorities without compromising quality. Maintain calm and focus in dynamic or high-volume work environments. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute ideas that enhance the customer experience. Collaborate with other teams to ensure a consistent experience aligned with our service standards. Actively participate in initiatives that strengthen our customer-focused culture. Assume additional functions according to business needs, demonstrating adaptability, initiative and commitment to new challenges. Requirements, Knowledge, Skills and Competencies

High school diploma in Business Administration or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or similar functions. Enthusiastic, positive and solution-oriented attitude. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to generate trust. Ability to work in dynamic environments, maintaining organization and precision. Capacity to handle multiple tasks and establish priorities effectively. Attention to detail and commitment to high quality standards. Knowledge of collaborative tools like Google Workspace and ease in learning new technologies and systems. Clear and professional communication in Spanish and English (oral and written). Passion for service and commitment to excellence in customer service for internal and external clients.
