Location: Juno Beach, FL (Onsite - 5 days/week)

Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to support enterprise-scale Salesforce initiatives within a large utilities organization. This role requires strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex development, Experience Cloud, and system integrations, with the ability to build scalable, high-performance applications supporting a large user base.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across the full SDLC and the ability to work closely with business and technical stakeholders in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using:
Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Build and enhance Experience Cloud (Community) portals for internal and external users
Translate business requirements into technical designs and implement end-to-end solutions
Develop custom workflows, validations, and automation using Flows and Process Builder
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using:
REST/SOAP APIs
Middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft)
Optimize application performance considering governor limits and large data volumes
Work extensively with standard and custom objects (Accounts, Contacts, Cases, etc.)
Support data migration and data management using Data Loader and APIs
Participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives
Ensure code quality through testing, debugging, and code reviews
Manage deployments using CI/CD tools (GitHub, Jenkins, Gearset)
Provide L2/L3 production support and troubleshoot complex issues
Required Skills & Experience
8-10 years of Salesforce development experience
Strong hands-on experience with:
Apex (Classes, Triggers, Test Classes)
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Visualforce (for legacy enhancements)
Experience with:
Experience Cloud / Community Cloud
Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Strong knowledge of:
SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce governor limits
Data modeling, security (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets)
Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP)
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub, Jenkins, Gearset)
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Preferred Skills
Experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
Exposure to OmniStudio / Vlocity (FlexCards, OmniScripts)
Experience with Salesforce AI / Agentforce capabilities
Experience building large-scale platforms (high user volume environments)
Knowledge of UI/UX implementation (Figma to LWC)
Certifications (Nice to Have)
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
Salesforce Certified Administrator
Salesforce AI Associate / Agentforce Specialist
