This is NOT a remote role. If you're comfortable on the phone, organized, and able to handle a fast-paced environment, this is a strong opportunity with consistent hours and performance-based earnings. Pay & Schedule $17/hour base + performance-based bonuses Bonus opportunities tied to appointments and results Full-time schedule with evenings and rotating weekends What You'll Do Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails Connect with customers who are actively shopping for a vehicle Schedule and confirm appointments with accurate and detailed notes Follow up with customers who missed appointments to re-engage them Track all activity in CRM systems and keep information up to date Manage multiple conversations and tasks at once across different systems What This Job Is Really Like You'll be on the phone most of the daythis is a high-call, fast-paced role You'll be texting, emailing, and following up constantly You'll be managing multiple conversations and tasks at the same time Attention to detail is criticalnotes, follow-ups, and accuracy matter Some customers won't answer or will cancelthat's part of the job The people who succeed here stay organized, consistent, and don't get discouraged easily Requirements What We're Looking For Comfortable on the phone and talking with new people daily Reliable and shows up when they say they will Strong multitasking and time management skills Detail-oriented with the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills (CRM systems, texting, email) Positive attitude and coachable mindset Experience in customer service, call center, or sales is helpfulbut not required. We will train the right person.
