Customer Service Representative
Our client, a healthcare-focused organization, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the support team dedicated to assisting patients, caregivers, and providers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing outstanding service, which will align successfully in the organization. Location: Louisville, KY Pay Range: $17.00 per hour Shift: Training: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday; Permanent: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM, Monday-Friday What's the Job? Handle inbound and outbound calls to/from patients, caregivers, and providers. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless experience for callers. Accurately provide information, process refills, and schedule shipments for patients or providers. Resolve caller needs efficiently and follow up with appropriate next steps. Adhere to company policies and procedures while working in a flexible schedule environment. What's Needed? Reliable transportation and ability to commute to the Louisville location for training. Minimum of 1 year call center experience preferred. Ability to obtain Pharmacy Board Technician Registration prior to or on the first day of employment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and typing speed of 35 WPM or greater. What's in it for me?
