Shift: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM Days: Monday to Friday with weekends as needed Guaranteed Hours: 0 Contract Weeks: 52 Provide high-quality rehabilitation services to patients. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans. Monitor and document patient progress and response to therapies. Educate patients and families on post-rehabilitation care and resources available. Assist with activities of daily living and promote patient independence. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
