Govern enterprise disaster recovery framework and standards Oversee BIAs (identify critical systems, recovery objectives, dependencies) Manage DR testing (simulations, tabletop, recovery exercises) Track risks, issues, and corrective actions; ensure remediation Support audits (internal/external) and maintain audit-ready documentation Provide DR guidance to application owners and stakeholders Drive continuous improvement in DR processes and controls Requirements
Bachelor's in IT, Cybersecurity, Risk, or related field 4-6 years in cybersecurity governance, DR, BCP, or IT risk Experience with BIAs, DR planning/testing, and issue remediation Strong knowledge of ISO 22301, NIST SP 800-34 Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills Preferred
Experience in regulated/enterprise environments Familiarity with GRC tools, risk registers, audit platforms Certifications: CBCP, CISA, CRISC, CISSP (preferred)
