As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in supporting customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring they receive the highest level of service. You'll work closely with the team to deliver timely solutions and foster strong customer relationships.
What You'll Do As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate product and service information. Entering and maintaining customer data accurately in our system to ensure records are current. Conducting outbound calls to follow up on customer concerns and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Analyzing customer issues to identify appropriate solutions and resolving problems efficiently. Demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to provide a positive customer experience. Collaborating with team members to improve service processes and address complex customer concerns. Supporting client satisfaction efforts and managing complaints to maintain high service standards. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
High school diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Proven data entry skills with a keen attention to detail. Experience with MS Office Suite, including Excel and Teams. Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
