We are seeking a Director of Data Science to lead and scale enterprise data science capabilities that directly influence decision-making, outcomes, and organizational impact. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on technical oversight and close partnership with executives, product leaders, and analysts.
What you'll do
Define and execute a data science roadmap aligned to organizational priorities Lead development of predictive models and applied machine learning solutions Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders Mentor and guide a team of data scientists and analysts while setting technical standards Partner cross-functionally to embed data-driven decision-making into day-to-day operations What we're looking for
Proven leadership experience in data science or advanced analytics Strong foundation in machine learning, statistical modeling, and applied analytics Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on technical leadership Clear, confident communicator who can operate comfortably at the executive level Experience working in mission-driven, complex, or research-oriented environments a plus
