As a Salesforce Admin Intern, you'll be at the heart of managing and maintaining cloud systems, ensuring smooth, secure operations across our Salesforce environment. Objectives:
Learn foundational Salesforce administration and cloud system management in an enterprise environment Assist in monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving cloud system incidents across the Salesforce platform Provide customer support by diagnosing and resolving Salesforce user issues through ticketing systems (Slack, Jira) Support user access management and security controls within the Salesforce environment Document processes, create user guides, and maintain clear technical documentation Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to improve business processes and system workflows Manage data within Salesforce and Excel, ensuring accuracy and data integrity Contribute to cloud infrastructure projects and learn security standards and best practices What you'll gain:

Cloud Systems Interest : Strong interest in cloud technology and Salesforce platform through coursework, certifications, or self-study Technical Aptitude : Basic understanding of software systems, databases, and business applications through academic work Salesforce Fundamentals : Academic exposure to Salesforce concepts or willingness to learn platform basics (Trailhead completion is a plus!) Data Management : Foundational understanding of data management concepts and Excel proficiency Problem-Solving : Demonstrated analytical and troubleshooting skills through coursework or technical projects System Administration : Basic understanding of user access controls, system configuration, and IT security concepts Documentation Skills : Ability to create clear technical documentation and process guides Additional Requirements :
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or Business Administration Strong communication skills for providing technical support to diverse user groups Willingness to work onsite while demonstrating adaptability to a fast-paced, collaborative work environment Full time availability from May through August for the Summer 2026 internship program, with option to extend part time through the fall. The pay range for this role is based on relative market data and alignment with our compensation philosophy. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum of the pay range for each job posting, which is used to determine new hire rates/salaries and takes into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, abilities, proficiencies, experience, education, licensures/certifications, as well as business and organizational needs. nCino reserves the right to modify the posted range consistent with our internal practices and external market movement. The base salary range for this job is: $22.50 - $27.00
