Under the supervision of the Sales Manager the Sales Admin Assistant will assist the Account Management team with current dealer development, all order entry accuracy, and overall customer satisfaction. The Sales Admin Assistant will routinely follow up on orders, shipments, and logistics while also working on various projects to ensure transactions and company processes run smoothly. Duties / Responsibilities / Essential Functions
Manage current dealer portfolios. Enter, or ensure all customer quotes and orders are placed in Epicor Assist Account managers with order entry and customer service to customers Maintain positive relationships with customers; act as their point of contact and handle customers' individual needs Manage all customer open orders from point of entry to delivery Provide dealer feedback and make recommendations on where to take action Ensure all deadlines are met and orders entered accurately Follow up with orders, shipments, and logistics Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner Contact existing customers to discuss needs and facilitate Other duties as assigned
