As an Inside Sales & Logistics Coordinator at Terex, based in Louisville, KY, you'll play a pivotal role in completing projects and immediate sales tasks including transport coordination, freight cost management, export documentation, and communication coordination with the sales and overall commercial team. This role reports directly to the Operational Finance Manager and the successful candidate will be required to have a keen attention to detail; ability to understand Terex business processes and will be responsible for detailed accuracy and compliance. The Inside Sales & Logistics Coordinator must be able to take the initiative on completing task with minimal oversight and guidance. Responsibilities: Management of Purchase orders and Sales Orders within TMS Coordinate transport from various Terex sites, ensuring smooth and efficient movement of goods. Ensure preparation accuracy of export documentation in line with legislation, customer specifications, and carrier requirements. Ensure compliance with internal and external audit standards and regulatory requirements. Obtain proof of delivery from logistics companies Submit customs compliance docs Gather/generate machine invoicing packets inspecting for SOX compliance Backlog & sales reporting Assist with S&OP reporting Assist with data collection for dealer inventory Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly, maintaining a high level of service and professionalism. Basic Qualifications: GED or Diploma. Minimum of two years administrative experience in office setting. A college degree or the equivalent combination of education, training and two years of demonstrated professional experience may be substituted A minimum of two years' experience in sales-based organization. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong time management skills; must work necessary hours to meet month end deadlines, including required overtime as necessary. Develop a working knowledge of Company products, goods and materials purchased by the Company. Preferred Qualifications: Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or transport coordination, ideally within an international manufacturing or import/export environment. Excellent organizational and time management skills Must be high energy and motivated to do what is required to meet business deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across departments and with external partners. High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting. Demonstrated understanding of logistics software systems. The individual must maintain strict confidentiality in performing the duties of the sales, marketing and office information. Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written, with vendors and Company personnel. Working Conditions: Position will be located at Louisville, KY Electron Drive Office (in person). Shared office space in a fast-paced environment.
