Work from home 2-3 days per week I am currently working with a
Concrete Contractor
speciailzing in Commercial, K-12 and Healthcare projects across Central Texas. They are looking for an experienced
Concrete Estimator
to join their team in the Fort Worth area. Requirements: 5+ years experience of concrete estimator Previous experience working for a concrete contractor Experience estimating for commercial, K-12, healthcare or architectural projects Responsibilities: Prepare detailed and accurate concrete quantity takeoffs and cost estimates Review plans, specifications, and local code requirements to define concrete scope, pricing, and constructability. Solicit and analyze pricing from suppliers and subcontractors, incorporating labor, material, equipment, and market conditions. Collaborate with project teams during preconstruction and handoff, identifying risks, scope gaps, and value engineering opportunities.
