Provide Direct Sales support as needed- oSupport with the creation of customer documentation as required. This would include "piece price breakdowns". oCreate sales presentations with direction from Managers and Directors. oAssist with creating annual forecast through pulling information in from various sources. oWork with enterprise software IQMS inputting general sales information.
With direction from Sales Department managers and Directors, create tools to improve efficiency within department. oCreate Microsoft Excel spreadsheets as required. oCreate documents in Microsoft Word. oCreate simple Database tool using Access. oDevelop presentations in Power Point. oMap processes using flow chart software such as Visio.
Manage TS16949 requirements for the department- oDocument department procedures and create procedures. oAssist in the maintenance of quotation metrics and in the reporting of such metrics to the appropriate representatives.
Assist department members with simple tasks, mail distribution and other clerical tasks as needed. Adhere to all applicable Procedures and Standard Practice Instructions. Ensure that all activities and operations are performed in compliance with the Company's Code of Conduct. Must follow all safety requirements of job as outlined on the job safety card Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor Complete all paperwork associated with the job. Correctly maintain all forms and instruction sheets Maintain a clean and orderly working environment Inform your supervisor about problems that occur May be required to handle hazardous waste by collecting and transferring the waste into proper containers at satellite storage areas or storage areas and assuring that the containers are properly inspected, labeled, and closed as required. Must follow correct instruction for handling hazardous waste and report any deviations to supervisor immediately. Must attend yearly instruction in hazardous waste handling and review of current procedures if job duties could affect non-compliance. Special Skills and/or Experience: 1. Two year Associate's Degree, preferably in business. 2. Proficiency in using Microsoft Software and demonstrate capability to learn new software applications. 3. Demonstrated skill in effective communication and the ability to communicate directly with customers. 4. Must be self-motivated, energetic and organized.
