Relationship Banker F loat

The Relationship Banker F loat has all of the responsibilities of a Teller and Relationship Banker with additional duties, including but not limited to, traveling and assisting with branch coverage, audits and other duties. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned. Maintains a working understanding of consumer and commercial depository products and services, including Trusts and Estates. Capability to travel, with possible short notice, between branches to provide coverage as a Relationship Banker. Maintains multiple expense reimbursement forms monthly. Balances Cash Recyclers, vault and coin machine in multiple locations. Help assess currency requirements and manage the ordering and selling of money to the Federal Reserve. Aid Branch Manager with quarterly audits and retention items. Orders branch products and supplies from proper vendors, as needed. Certified to notarize documents. Assists other Highland Bank staff; performs other duties as apparent or as delegated by supervisor, in order to provide excellent customer and internal departments service. Assists Manager of Retail Banking with additional requested tasks and projects. Volunteer in local community events and In-Service Days that the bank sponsors. Attends and completes all courses required by the bank to meet compliance standards and enhance job proficiency through understanding of product knowledge, policies, and procedures. Preferred two to four years' experience in the financial services industry, preferably in one or more of the following areas: Cash handling, Help Desk, Phone Bank. Education/Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field from two-year college or technical school and three to five years' related experience and/or training in Teller positions and supervisor capacity; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
