We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Front Office / Customer Service Coordinator. Key Responsibilities
Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, dispatching calls throughout the facility Coordinate customer requests with operations staff for boat movements Maintain boat storage lease agreements and insurance documentation Perform general office and administrative duties Process over-the-counter sales transactions accurately Maintain inventory records and assist with inventory control Manage daily tasks efficiently based on the facility's schedule Qualifications & Requirements
Exceptional customer service skills, both over the phone and in person, with customers and internal departments Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Dependable, detail-oriented, and professional demeanor Must have service writing experience Compensation
