Director of Product Marketing We exist for workers and their employers -- who are the backbone of our economy. We are looking for a Director of Product Marketing to join our team and play a key role in shaping our product marketing function and accelerating our enterprise growth efforts. This is a highly strategic and visible role, partnering closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, Actuarial, and other marketing functions to develop positioning and messaging, sales enablement content, product packaging and pricing, and product launch planning and execution. We are looking for candidates with B2B2C product marketing experience, with a deep understanding of the employer health benefits market, particularly from the broker/consultants' perspective, and a passion for innovation in healthcare. Responsibilities: Product Marketing Strategy & Leadership Customer Research & Persona Development Positioning & Messaging Competitive Landscape Intelligence Sales Enablement Product Packaging & Pricing Partner Marketing Product Launch Planning & Execution GTM Retrospectives Marketing Influence Qualifications: Required Skills and Abilities 57 years of experience in employer health benefits with B2B product marketing experience and/or as a broker/consultant Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication abilities across various mediums and assets used in the sales and marketing processes Demonstrated track record of driving growth results with strategic, data-driven insights, collaboration, and influence Well versed in macro healthcare trends and how they impact the employer market A self-starter with a demonstrated track record in solving problems, generating new ideas, and driving results in fast-moving, growth-oriented environments Centivo Values: Resilient This is wicked hard.
