We’re looking for a Demand Generation Manager who will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing full-funnel demand generation programs that directly drive directly drive measurable pipeline growth, revenue impact, and scalable customer acquisition across all segments This role will own the strategy and execution of integrated demand gen campaigns and serve as a core driver of revenue-focused growth initiatives. This role is accountable for generating and influencing pipeline that contributes directly to company revenue targets.
As part of the Demand Gen team, the Demand Generation Manager will build and manage high-impact programs across paid media, email and lifecycle marketing, content syndication, webinars, ABM, and other demand channels. This role will focus on full-funnel performance — from awareness and acquisition through conversion, pipeline contribution, and revenue attribution — while continuously testing, optimizing, and scaling what works.
You will be responsible for partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Growth, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align demand generation strategies with business goals, ensure lead quality, and maximize revenue outcomes. This role will operate in close partnership with Sales to ensure strong feedback loops on lead quality, messaging effectiveness, and campaign performance.
This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution, with a clear focus on measurable business impact. This position will report to our Senior Director of Demand Generation.
Responsibilities include: Own demand generation strategy and execution across all channels — paid media, email and lifecycle marketing, content syndication, webinars, ABM, and integrated campaigns
Plan and manage campaigns end‑to‑end: strategy development, creative direction, audience targeting, launch, optimization, and ongoing performance monitoring
Drive full‑funnel performance across awareness, lead generation, lead quality, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact
Own budget management, pacing, forecasting, and ROI optimization across demand gen programs
Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to align targeting, lead routing, attribution, and funnel performance
Lead experimentation and testing strategy across channels, audiences, messaging, offers, and campaign tactics
Optimize conversion paths, nurture sequences, and landing page experiences in partnership with web, CRO, and marketing ops teams
Build scalable reporting frameworks, performance dashboards, and campaign processes to track pipeline and revenue contribution
Identify and test new demand generation channels and tactics to drive incremental pipeline and revenue growth
Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or integrated campaign management
Proven experience planning and executing multi‑channel demand gen programs that drive pipeline and revenue
Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into action and optimize for business outcomes
Hands‑on experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta), email marketing, and marketing automation
Experience working cross‑functionally with sales, revenue, product, and marketing teams
Independent problem solver who proactively identifies optimization opportunities across the funnel
Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills
Ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel under deadlines
High attention to detail and operational excellence
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce and HubSpot/Marketo preferred)
Experience with attribution models, funnel reporting, and multi‑touch measurement
Experience in B2B SaaS or performance‑driven growth environments
Familiarity with ABM platforms, intent data, and account‑based demand strategies
Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and experimentation frameworks
Experience supporting revenue teams with pipeline‑driven demand programs
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus, but not required
