Job Overview

As our new Account Manager, you’ll be nurturing relationships with our customers to drive retention and growth. You’ll support our flight schools by collaborating with our operations, sales, and marketing teams to ensure client success, all while embodying the aviation spirit that defines Right Rudder Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategist: Understand the customers’ marketing needs and work with the operations team to deliver results.  Developing strategies and plans for growing customers’ business.  Being the expert and building Right Rudder Marketing’s authority to guide and help flight schools grow and scale.
  • Client Relationship Nurturing: Maintain regular communication with flight school owners and operators to ensure satisfaction, relay updates, and support retention strategies.
  • Administrative Efficiency: Handle light administrative tasks, including CRM updates, email correspondence, and calendar management, to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Marketing Delivery Collaboration: Partner with the operations team to ensure all customer needs are met and services are delivered high quality and on time.
  • Aviation Advocacy: Represent Right Rudder Marketing in client interactions, trade shows, and team initiatives, with opportunities to engage with the aviation community.



Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in customer service, client services, or account management.
  • Strong communication skills, with confidence handling phone-based interactions and building rapport with clients (experience with older, professional clients preferred).
  • Marketing background and understanding of marketing strategy and tactics.
  • Tech-savvy, with familiarity or ability to learn CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, High Level) and basic office software.
  • Hustle and adaptability and being able to wear multiple hats in a fast growing agency.
  • Passion for aviation and willingness to learn how the flight school pilot training industry works (private pilot license or aviation exposure is a bonus, but not required).
