Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Director. The Sales Director will be responsible for driving sales strategies, overseeing sales operations, generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and working closely with team members to achieve revenue goals. Additional responsibilities include leading and managing the sales team, ensuring customer service excellence, and developing business growth strategies to expand market presence.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Sales, Sales Operations, and Business Development Proficiency in Customer Service and maintaining client relationships Proven ability in Team Management, including leadership and performance evaluation Strategic thinking and experience in creating and executing business growth plans Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus Familiarity with AI-driven solutions and digital products is an advantage
