Hiring: PeopleSoft HCM Functional Consultant (Payroll Focus) – Oakland, CA (Onsite)
This is not remote. This is not a lightweight role.
We need someone who can
own Payroll support in a live PeopleSoft HCM environment from day one . Location: Oakland, CA (5 days onsite) Duration: 12 Months Contract ⚡ Start: ASAP
What you’ll do: • Support
PeopleSoft HCM + Payroll (production environment) • Ensure
payroll continuity (including year-end) • Work on
PUM upgrades (analysis, testing, deployment) • Handle
functional configuration & issue resolution • Support
Commitment Accounting & HCM–Finance integrations ✅ Must-Have: • 7+ years
PeopleSoft HCM Functional
experience • Strong
Payroll processing & support • Hands-on
PUM upgrade experience • Experience in
production support roles • Comfortable working
onsite 5 days/week ➕ Nice to Have: • Higher Education experience • Commitment Accounting exposure If your background is mostly implementation or technical, this won’t fit. This role is for someone who can
step in immediately and keep payroll running without disruption .
