Export Coordinator (Air & Ocean) | Atlanta, GA | Salary up to $65,000
Responsible for managing end-to-end export shipments, ensuring compliance with international regulations, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage international export shipments via air and ocean from origin to final destination Prepare and review export documentation (e.g., commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, air waybills) Ensure compliance with U.S. export regulations and international trade laws Communicate with carriers, overseas agents, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely shipment execution Arrange bookings with airlines and ocean carriers Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or issues Maintain accurate shipment records and update internal systems Provide rate quotations and support pricing requests as needed Ensure all files are billed accurately and closed in a timely manner Deliver high-quality customer service and build strong client relationships
Qualifications & Requirements 2+ years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or export coordination (air and/or ocean) Strong knowledge of export documentation and international shipping procedures Familiarity with U.S. export compliance regulations (e.g., AES filings, Incoterms) Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
