About the role Scharf Investments is seeking an experienced intermediary sales professional to grow and deepen relationships with financial advisors, broker-dealers, and RIA networks. This individual will serve as the face of Scharf's investment strategies to the intermediary channel, communicating our disciplined quality-value philosophy with conviction and clarity, and building lasting partnerships that drive AUM growth across our separately managed accounts, mutual fund, and ETFs.

What you'll do Build and manage a territory of financial advisors across wirehouses, independent broker-dealers, RIAs, and family offices. Bring Scharf's investment process and philosophy to life in meetings, presentations, and due diligence conversations. Grow AUM by opening new relationships and deepening existing ones across SMAs, mutual funds, and ETFs. Collaborate with the investment and marketing teams to sharpen materials and respond to advisor questions quickly and accurately. Represent Scharf at conferences and advisor events, and bring market feedback back to the team.

What we're looking for 5 to 10+ years in intermediary or wholesale distribution at an investment management firm; ETF experience is a strong plus. Solid knowledge of the advisor landscape, including how platforms work and how to scale on approved platforms Real fluency in equity investing, portfolio construction, and risk management. You can go deep when the conversation calls for it. A track record of growing a book and closing business, with AUM results to back it up. Series 65 or 66 required; CFA or CIMA is a bonus. You're a clear communicator who can make a complex investment story feel approachable without dumbing it down. You do your best work with autonomy and ownership, not a script and a leaderboard.

Compensation & benefits $125,000 - $175,000 + Commissions/Bonus 401(k) with company match Health insurance
