About the Role We’re hiring a Director of Indirect Procurement – IT to lead strategic sourcing initiatives across Software, IT Services, Telecom, and Hardware categories. This is a high-impact, client-facing role requiring strong executive presence and stakeholder engagement at the C-suite level.
Qualifications 10+ years in indirect procurement with strong IT category expertise Experience managing $210+ spend Proven success in strategic sourcing, negotiations, and cost optimization Strong communication skills with executive-level presence Experience in the healthcare/hospital industry preferred
Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end sourcing (RFI/RFP), vendor negotiations, and supplier management Drive cost savings, TCO optimization, and procurement transformation initiatives Develop category strategies and procurement playbooks Analyze spend data to identify savings opportunities Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable business impact
