Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Content Writer to support our sales team by creating compelling, high-quality content that drives business opportunities. The ideal candidate will craft persuasive proposals, presentations, case studies, and other sales enablement materials that effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to understand client requirements and business objectives Create and customize: Proposals (RFP/RFI/RFQ responses) Pitch decks and presentations Case studies and whitepapers Solution documents and capability statements Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and client-friendly content Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and tone across all pre-sales materials Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and client businesses Manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Maintain and update a repository of reusable content and templates
Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field 2–5 years of experience in content writing, preferably in pre-sales, B2B, or IT services Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills Experience in writing proposals and sales collateral Ability to understand technical or complex solutions quickly Proficiency in tools like Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Google Workspace Excellent research and analytical skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications Experience in IT services, SaaS, or consulting industry Familiarity with RFP management tools Basic understanding of sales processes and buyer journeys Knowledge of SEO or digital marketing concepts (bonus)
