What You’ll Do Conduct virtual consultations to understand client needs Recommend customized financial solutions, including life insurance and protection products Manage and track client interactions using modern CRM tools Follow up with warm leads (no cold calling required) Collaborate with mentors and team members to improve performance Provide excellent customer service and long-term client support
What We’re Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a desire to succeed in a high-income role Coachable and open to learning new skills Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
