Technology group . The roles are located in
San Francisco .

sectors Work directly with corporate and private equity clients in the day-to-day management of live transactions Great promotion track and career development potential to become Managing Director The firm’s culture is very collegial Internal cooperation and teamwork are highly valued within the bank
RESPONSIBILITIES Structure and manage execution M&A transactions Support deal origination and client relationship management activities Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape and market dynamics to advise clients on strategic alternatives and potential buyers Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis involving financial, market and investment data and utilize financial research tools, products and systems in order to develop financial models and make informed business decisions
QUALIFICATIONS We will only consider applicants with 2-6 years of post-MBA level experience within investment banking Technology sector experience highly preferred Must be willing to ‘roll up your sleeves’ and dig into transaction details as required Ability to manage and develop junior investment bankers
