Role Description
We are seeking a reliable licensed Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service & Commercial Lines Insurance Customer Service & Sales Specialist with an active Florida 440 or 220 License to join our agency. This role focuses on servicing existing clients, handling policy changes, renewals, cross selling and providing excellent customer support.
Duties
Assist clients with policy questions, coverage changes, and billing inquiries
Process endorsements, cancellations, and policy renewals
Proactively identify opportunities to sell and cross-sell insurance products to new and existing clients
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Answer inbound calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
Support agents with administrative and customer service tasks
Deliver exceptional customer service while building strong client relationships
Qualifications 220 or 440 License Prior insurance or customer service experience required Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and promoting Customer Satisfaction Proficiency with computers and agency management systems Excellent Phone Etiquette and communication skills to address client needs effectively Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering solutions
