Construction Executive
who will act as an Owner’s Representative for one of Florida’s leading developers and builders of high-quality residential and commercial real estate.
The position is responsible for planning, budgeting, and building teams of 3rd party architects, engineers, and general contractors to deliver a luxury high rise apartment building.
This is an owner’s side position offering: Excellent pay and benefits Limited travel (all work is in Florida) Great work/life balance Job security (20-year track record and a 5+ year construction pipeline)
The position requires: BS Degree 10+ years of owner's side construction experience Ability to travel 2-6 days/month
