Skill, Boston, MA, United States
Overview
Placement Type:
Temporary
Salary:
$52-55 Hourly
$52-54 / hourly as W2
Start Date:
May 11, 2026
Remote: working EST hours
The Opportunity
We are looking for a strategic, Reddit-savvy Community Engagement Lead to bridge the gap between our brand and the communities that matter most. This isn't about "corporate speak"-it's about building genuine trust in a regulated space. You will lead the charge in launching our official Reddit presence, architecting our review site strategy, and helping us navigate the world of short-form video.
What You'll Do
Architect the Reddit Launch: You won't just "post"-you'll build a financial services community from the ground up, fostering authentic dialogue and navigating the nuances of Reddit culture.
Relationship Building: Develop rapport with existing subreddit moderators and key community voices to ensure our brand is a value-add, not a nuisance.
Master the Review Ecosystem: Design and execute a "hands-on-keyboard" enterprise strategy for review platforms, turning feedback into a competitive advantage.
Visual Storytelling: Act as a strategic advisor on short-form video (TikTok/Reels/Shorts), identifying how we can use "snackable" content to boost discoverability.
Trend & Reputation Intelligence: Keep your pulse on the internet. You'll identify emerging trends, monitor customer sentiment, and act as an early-warning system for reputation risks.
Executive Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership to translate their expertise into community-ready content, sourcing quotes and managing the review process with professionalism.
Who You Are
A "Redditor" at Heart: You understand the difference between a high-effort post and spam. You know the etiquette, the memes, and how to survive a "roast" with grace.
Strategic Communicator: You have a "chameleon" writing style-able to be professional with executives and relatable (yet compliant) with customers.
Solutions-Oriented: You don't just find problems in the comments; you find opportunities to fix them.
Regulated Industry Pro: You understand that in Financial Services, "creative" still has to be "compliant."
Required Skills & Qualifications
Platform Mastery: Proven experience managing Reddit communities and/or high-volume social engagement.
Review Management: Experience with enterprise-level review platforms (Trustpilot, G2, Yelp, etc.) is a major plus.
Corporate Savvy: Experience working within a large organization, ideally in Financial Services or a similarly regulated field.
Tech Stack: Experience with Sprinklr is highly preferred.
Collaborative Spirit: A positive, team-first attitude with the ability to manage up and across departments.
