National Accounts Sales Manager- HVAC/ Refrigeration (Harlingen)

We are seeking an experienced National Accounts Sales Representative to manage and grow key customer relationships within the commercial HVAC/R and refrigeration service industry. This role is responsible for driving new business, managing existing accounts, and partnering with internal teams to deliver tailored service solutions and exceptional client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain long-term relationships with national accounts Generate leads through industry contacts and business development efforts Develop customized HVAC/R service solutions and proposals Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close Partner with operations and admin teams to ensure successful service delivery Identify high-value growth opportunities within existing and new accounts Travel up to 30% as needed Qualifications 5+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC & refrigeration service sales experience Background in light commercial, cold storage, and/or HVAC service preferred Proven success in a results-driven sales environment Strong communication, proposal writing, and relationship-building skills Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and priorities
