Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM start time (approximately 45 hours per week) (Start time may vary during the training period) Pay Range: $18 - $25 Summary/ Objective: The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly, accurately, and professionally. This role manages orders from start to finish — including answering calls, processing orders, coordinating with production, and confirming shipments. It requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to assist with both office and production-related tasks. The position also requires a thorough understanding of internal systems (including computer programs, logistics processes, and operational guidelines) to effectively manage and maintain a designated group of customers. Essential Functions: Answer incoming customer calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information. Process customer orders, ensuring all details are correctly entered into the system. Coordinate with production to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. Track order progress and confirm shipments with customers. Prepare and send invoices; process billing promptly. Greet and assist employees with questions or requests. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and preferences. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in Excel, Access, and other systems. Use email and other communication tools to update customers and internal teams. Support additional office tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork. Maintain customer records using automated systems. Provide information on products, prices, and availability. Verify delivery schedules meet project deadlines. Collaborate with colleagues to share information and resolve issues. Safety Clothing/Equipment: Non-slip shoes or boots Safety equipment available as needed Must comply with department dress code Equipment Used: Standard office equipment (phone, copier, etc.). Computer systems including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and database programs such as Access and Swarmbox. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Pass pre-employment physical and drug test Basic proficiency with email, Microsoft Excel, and database programs (internal training provided) Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Hands-on production training is required
