The Role (What You Will Do) As our USA Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving business expansion and key account growth across the United States. Your work will have a direct impact on the company’s strategic footprint in the North American telecom and energy markets. Core Responsibilities Lead business development efforts across the USA, owning the full sales cycle. Hunt, identify, and convert new business opportunities in telecom, energy storage, and industrial power sectors. Develop and manage key accounts (operators, tower companies, OEMs, integrators, distributors). Lead and support large tenders, RFPs, and RFQs, working closely with engineering and commercial teams. Build strong customer relationships through meetings, site visits, and industry events. Coordinate with R&D and product teams to develop technical and commercial proposals. Manage CRM pipeline, forecasting, and weekly sales performance reviews. Ensure seamless handover to delivery/operations teams and maintain long-term customer satisfaction. Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and industry forums across North America. Travel as needed within the USA (and occasionally globally). This role offers significant influence over

market strategy, customer engagement, and revenue growth

in one of our most important regions.

What We’re Looking For We are seeking a passionate, driven commercial leader with the ability to open doors, build trust, and close deals in complex B2B markets. Ideal Candidates Have: Strong commercial experience in

B2B technical sales

(telecom, power systems, energy storage, or industrial solutions). Solid understanding of—or ability to quickly learn—telecom power solutions (batteries, cabinets, DC systems, energy storage, hybrid power). Demonstrated success in building key customer relationships and delivering sales growth. Experience handling large tenders, framework agreements, or multi-stakeholder deals. Excellent communication skills in English. High energy, proactive mindset, and willingness to take ownership. Ability and willingness for regular travel across the USA. Must have

legal authorization to work in the United States .

Nice to Have Experience working with telecom operators, tower companies, or infrastructure providers. Familiarity with RFP/RFQ processes or public procurement. Technical background (electrical engineering, telecom engineering, or similar).
