A well-established and growing CPA firm in Ponte Vedra Beach is hiring an Audit and Assurance Manager to lead audit engagements, work directly with clients, and play a visible role in shaping the practice.
This isn’t a back-office audit role. You’ll be front-facing, advising clients, mentoring teams, and partnering closely with leadership.
What you’ll be doing: Lead audit and review engagements from planning through completion Act as the main point of contact for clients Ensure GAAP compliance across financial reporting Provide insights to improve processes and internal controls Mentor and develop staff and seniors Support partners on client growth and business development
What they’re looking for: 5+ years in public accounting (audit focus) Strong GAAP / GAAS knowledge CPA (or actively working toward it) Proven experience leading engagements and managing teams Confident communicator with a client-first mindset
