With a long-term vision to unify cybersecurity and physical security into a single platform, the team is tackling some of the most complex challenges in the industry. As Senior AI Product Manager, you’ll roll up your sleeves, dive deep into how AI driven products integrate with diverse customer environments, and translate those insights into clear, actionable requirements that guide your team and shape the company’s core solutions.
Role & Responsibilities: Partner with the Head of Product to define and own the product roadmap for a next-generation security platform. Sit at the intersection of cutting-edge AI and ML technology and real-world operational challenges Shape product vision with a focus on customer success at every stage Ensure AI solutions deliver measurable value while integrating seamlessly into complex enterprise environments Engage with customer technical stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of diverse environments Analyze on-prem and cloud services, network architecture, and access control systems to ensure seamless integration within customer ecosystems Identify high-impact AI opportunities, and drive execution from concept through launch Own the AI product suite and emerging AI product portfolio Ensure AI products are reliable, explainable, and trustworthy in mission-critical environments Oversee client integration activities, including due diligence, audits, monitoring, and resolution of technical issues
Skills / Experience Required: 5+ years of technical product management experience, building and shipping B2B products for enterprise customers 3+ years of experience building and scaling AI, ML, and/or computer vision-powered products Must have proven success driving AI or ML product roadmaps for high-profile, high-traffic platforms Familiarity with real-time data processing, event-driven systems, and / or streaming analytics Strong technical, data driven, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills Understanding of real-time data processing and event-driven architectures Prior startup experience highly preferred Fluency in edge AI, distributed systems, and/or IoT architectures Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams, adapt quickly, and thrive in the ambiguity of a growth-stage startup Ability to work onsite full time, 5x per week Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics, or related field
