The Creative Studio
The Creative Studio is Client's in-house creative team responsible for brand expression across Client and *****. We care about craft, making things by hand and using AI when it makes sense. The team is growing, and we're looking for people who do excellent work to join us. The stakes are real, and there's room to shape what all this becomes.
About the role As a Video Director for Solutions & Enterprise Content at Client, you will lead the creation of video content that shows enterprise teams and developers what's possible with ***** — and how to get there. You'll produce solution launch videos, product walkthroughs, webinars, and technical content that bridges the gap between what ***** can do and how organizations actually implement it. This role sits at the intersection of enterprise marketing and content marketing. You'll work closely with product marketing, content marketing, and the Creative Studio to produce content that resonates with enterprise and technical audiences alike. You'll own projects from concept through delivery — developing narratives around real implementations, directing live sessions and produced pieces, and building a library of content that supports the full solutions lifecycle. You should be someone who can make technical content feel clear and engaging without dumbing it down. You're comfortable working with product and marketing stakeholders, can ask the right questions to surface what matters, and know how to structure a video — whether it's a 90-minute webinar or an opener for a live event — so it lands with the audience. This is a fast-paced environment. Solution launches move quickly, content has real technical stakes, and turnarounds are tight. You'll need to make sharp editorial decisions, move from brief to execution with speed, and maintain quality under pressure.
Responsibilities Lead creative development and production of solutions-focused video content, including product demos, opening event videos, customer conversations, product walkthroughs, webinars, and animated hero videos Own the creative production of live webinars, virtual events, and on-demand sessions — developing content narratives, directing speakers, and shaping the visual presentation — while partnering with AV teams on technical execution Partner with product marketing and content marketing to identify high-impact use cases and translate them into compelling video narratives Develop creative briefs, run-of-show documents, and production plans that make complex technical implementations accessible to enterprise and technical audiences Collaborate with external production vendors, including editors, motion graphics artists, and post-production studios With a producer, oversee all phases of production from pre-production planning through final delivery, ensuring projects stay on timeline and budget Work with editors on solution demos and product content that clearly communicate ****** capabilities to both technical and non-technical viewers, including directing voiceover talent and shaping the narrative arc of demo walkthroughs Support major solution launches and industry-specific campaigns with video content across formats — from produced launch spots to live sessions Build and maintain a library of solutions and enterprise video assets that can be leveraged across content marketing, sales enablement, and customer education Guide post-production workflows, including editing, motion graphics, screen capture integration, and sound design to produce polished final deliverables
You may be a good fit if you Have 6+ years of professional video production experience, with significant experience creating B2B, enterprise, or technical content Have a strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to make complex technical concepts accessible and engaging through video — whether produced pieces, webinars, or live sessions Have experience producing and directing webinars, live virtual events, or enterprise-focused sessions at scale Understand how enterprise buyers and technical teams evaluate and adopt tools, and can create content that maps to that journey Have extensive experience managing external production partners and vendor relationships through the full production lifecycle Are skilled at translating technical concepts, product capabilities, and implementation workflows into clear visual narratives Can balance creative quality with the pace and pragmatism that technical content demands Have hands-on experience guiding post-production workflows, including editing, motion graphics, screen capture, and sound design Are a strong communicator who can work effectively across marketing, product, and executive stakeholders Demonstrate strong project management skills and can manage multiple concurrent productions with competing timelines
Strong candidates may also have Experience producing technical or product-focused content — tutorials, walkthroughs, deep-dives, or conference sessions Background in B2B technology marketing, content marketing, or enterprise software companies Experience producing and running webinar programs at scale, including live production workflows and post-event content repurposing Familiarity with the AI industry and understanding of how enterprises and developers are evaluating and adopting AI solutions Experience with screen capture, product UI recording, and techniques for making software demos visually engaging Experience producing content for industry events, conferences, or virtual launches Knowledge of content marketing strategy and how video supports enterprise demand generation and education Track record of producing content that has driven enterprise pipeline or product adoption Experience with motion graphics or animation techniques relevant to explaining technical architecture or workflows
