Lead Dog Recruiting is assisting a client in the Charlotte area (28203 area code) with a search for an Interior Designer. You will have the opportunity to work on meaningful projects that improve lives, particularly in the senior living sector.
Key Responsibilities Client engagement and design leadership: You'll present to clients, fostering positive relationships while generating and developing unique design concepts tailored to client needs and progam requiqrments Manage the interior design process for the entire project lifecycle Produce schematic designs, construction drawings, and project specifications with accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in Interior Design NCIDQ Certified or willing to achieve that certification 8 years design experience, preferably working on senior living, healthcare, higher education or multi-family projects Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp and AutoCAD
