We are hiring on behalf of our client,
Milevista , a growing experiential marketing and sales firm based in Culver City. Milevista specializes in face-to-face customer acquisition, helping nationally recognized brands expand their reach through in-store promotions, live events, and direct engagement.
As an
Entry-Level Management Associate , you’ll gain hands-on experience in sales, customer acquisition, and team leadership. This role is designed for individuals who are motivated, people-focused, and looking to build a long-term career in sales and management.
Key Responsibilities Engage with customers through face-to-face interactions in retail and event-based environments Represent client products and services with professionalism and confidence Learn and apply proven sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth Build relationships with customers and provide tailored solutions based on their needs Support daily sales goals and team performance metrics Participate in ongoing training focused on sales, leadership, and business development Assist with onboarding and coaching new team members as you grow within the role Take on increased responsibility in team leadership and campaign management over time
What We’re Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, public-facing environment Goal-oriented with a strong interest in sales and leadership Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to grow Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to learn quickly and apply feedback Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required
