About the Role

We are looking for a driven Product Sales professional who thrives in high volume outbound calling and converting leads into customers. This is an Individual Contributor role focused on generating and managing pipeline through both outbound prospecting and inbound marketing leads, understanding customer hiring challenges, and positioning Eximius as a solution that fits into customers' existing hiring workflows. If you enjoy solving real business problems, building strong customer conversations, and closing deals based on value - this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Generate Customers Through Outbound and Inbound Conduct high volume outbound calling to prospect and generate new pipeline opportunities Engage with inbound leads from marketing campaigns, webinars, content downloads, and events Qualify leads and move them through the sales funnel efficiently Consistently build and maintain a strong sales pipeline from both outbound and inbound efforts Understand Customer Hiring Challenges You will run discovery conversations to understand: Current time required to shortlist candidates Manual screening effort across high applicant volumes Recruiter workload and productivity gaps Hiring delays caused by recruiter bandwidth Cost impact of adding more recruiters to handle hiring demand Sell the Eximius Value Story You will position the platform around measurable hiring outcomes: Reduced time to shortlist through automated applicant engagement Reduced manual screening effort compared to traditional processes Better candidate representation through assessment summaries and skill gap analysis reports Higher recruiter productivity and output Ability to scale hiring without increasing recruiter headcount Seamless plug-in into existing hiring workflows Own the Sales Cycle Deliver tailored product demos aligned to customer pain points Handle objections around AI screening, automation, and integration Lead commercial discussions and negotiations Close deals and meet revenue targets

What We're Looking For

Required 5-8 years of experience in Recruiting or HR with demonstrated willingness to transition into sales, OR 5-8 years of experience selling HR Tech software solutions Strong experience with high volume outbound calling and prospecting Experience in discovery-led or consultative selling Strong communication, objection handling, and closing skills Proven ability to manage and convert both inbound and outbound leads effectively Preferred Background in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, or HR Technology implementation Experience selling productivity or automation platforms Experience selling into HR, Talent Acquisition, or People teams
