We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Associate based in our Austin, TX office to help us expand our community and tell our story through the voices of world-class creators.
The Role As an Influencer Marketing Associate, you will be the bridge between our brand and the creator community. You will identify emerging talent, manage campaign execution, and nurture long-term relationships with influencers across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
Key Responsibilities Sourcing & Vetting:
Discover and evaluate potential influencer partners who align with Kaleidos’ artistic aesthetic and brand values. Outreach & Negotiation:
Manage the end-to-end communication process, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and onboarding. Campaign Management:
Coordinate product seeding, track content deadlines, and ensure creators have the necessary information to produce high-quality content. Relationship Building:
Maintain and grow a high-touch network of beauty influencers, makeup artists, and content creators. Performance Tracking:
Monitor and analyze campaign metrics (EMV, reach, engagement, conversions) to optimize future strategies. Trend Analysis:
Stay ahead of beauty trends and social media algorithm changes to keep Kaleidos at the forefront of the conversation.
