I am currently working with a well-established General Contractor that specializes in
General Commercial and Hospitality projects
in the Sarasota, FL area. With a strong upcoming pipeline, they are looking to add an experienced
Superintendent
to lead ground-up, renovation, build-out, add-on, and tenant improvement construction projects.
Your new role
You will be responsible for overseeing
general commercial and hospitality projects
from sitework through closeout. This role will manage daily site operations, subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
What you'll need to succeed
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on general commercial projects Ground-up hospitality experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of scheduling, sequencing, and subcontractor management Ability to enforce safety, quality, and productivity standards on-site Strong communication and leadership skills OSHA certification preferred Open to travel throughout Florida
