Role Summary Seeking an experienced MES Business Consultant with strong
Inductive Automation Ignition
expertise to support design and deployment of MES solutions across manufacturing sites. This role bridges
operations, IT/OT, and technical teams
to deliver scalable MES capabilities. Key Responsibilities Gather and translate shopfloor requirements into MES solutions Work on Ignition MES modules (Production, OEE, Quality, Inventory) Collaborate on UI (Perspective/Vision), data modeling, and integrations Support integration with PLCs, OPC UA, Kepware, ERP (SAP/Oracle) Drive standardization across multiple plants Ensure alignment with architecture, security, and business goals Required Skills 5+ years in MES / Manufacturing Business Analysis Strong knowledge of production, OEE, downtime, and quality processes Experience in IT/OT environments Strong stakeholder communication skills Preferred Hands-on Ignition (Perspective/Vision) MES module implementation experience ERP integration (SAP/Oracle) Multi-site manufacturing experience Lean / Continuous Improvement background
